Floor Plans

Inspired by the legendary Soho arts district of New York, now reimagined in Greenville, SC for contemporary living.

Choose from two floor plans, each named in honor of the dynamic artists from the 1960s and 1970s who made Soho, NY, their canvas, now reimagined to capture the spirit of Greenville, SC's own vibrant arts district.

The Stella

Named after the artist, Frank Stella, who maintained a studio in Soho during the seventies "The Stella" is the first of the three floor plans in the Soho West Village development.

This expansive 3,000-square-foot floor plan unfolds over two meticulously designed floors with expansive ceiling heights and architectural details at every turn.

Each of the three bedrooms offers the luxury of an en suite bathroom — all on the upper level, ensuring a restful haven away from the main living areas. The primary bedroom suite elevates this experience further with its own private patio, a perfect escape for moments of relaxation.

"The Stella" also features a dedicated office space, meeting the demands of today's professionals, a butler pantry off of the kitchen for additional workspace, and an attached 2 car garage. The home is situated within walking distance to the vibrant West Village, offering the best of city living right at your doorstep.
